Sorry, these records are no longer available as your access has expired. Please note that for security purposes, access codes are only active for 30 days from when your patient generated their share page. Please contact your patient in order to request continued access.

If you have an email address that you can securely access, you can ask your patient to share their records via email, directly from within their PocketHealth account (ask them to choose the "Email" option, from the "Share" button in their account). Once they share their records to your email address, you'll receive a unique, secure link that will stay active as long as your patient wants you to keep access.
